My Research
I’m interested in understanding how soluble HLA molecules present peptides in the context of different diseases ie cancer, autoimmunity, viral infection, and bacterial infection. Through this course, I’ve learned how to:
- Use R for data analysis
- Create reproducible research workflows
- Build websites to share my work
- Manage my research projects with Git and GitHub
